Property Staging

Amongst my other services I would specifically like to offer you the value of staging homes for sale. In most cases this service will reduce the time in which homes are listed and also deal with problem situations.

Home staging is a natural extension of feng shui. What I actually do with every client is assist them in creating a home which attracts and maintains healthy, harmonious energy. I am trained to see the blocks which can create awkwardness and hesitancy for a prospective buyer. I am experienced with the power and placement of images and objects to ground people in a space and encourage them to linger there. Arrangement of furnishings to create ease of flow is my specialty. I also advise on colour enhancements that create a fresh, uplifted presentation.

In addition to the above, many properties are effected by unseen negative energies in the environment such as geopathic stress. (See www.dulwichhealth.co.uk for more information) Until these harmful earth rays are cleared it is often more difficult to sell a property. I am skilled in treating geopathic stress as well as a variety of other negative influences.
